Contexory for Claude Code

Your team's skills, in every Claude Code session.

The plugin keeps Claude Code in sync with the skills your team publishes. Turn on management and Claude can also create, edit and publish skills when you ask.

What it reads

Published skills, mirrored into your skills directory as regular skills
New versions as they ship: on session start and on a background interval, every 5 minutes by default
Read tools always; write tools only when you turn management on

Install

/plugin marketplace add https://www.contexory.com/claude/marketplace.json

/plugin install contexory@contexory

Then paste an API token when Claude Code asks for it, and run /contexory:test to confirm the connection.

Where things land

Synced skills: ~/.claude/skills, one folder per skill, each marked as Contexory-managed. The plugin never touches a skill you wrote yourself.
API token: Held by Claude Code as a sensitive plugin setting. Generate one in Settings, under API tokens.

Not delivered here

Instruction files such as AGENTS.md. The plugin mirrors skills only.
Skills that are still drafts. Only published skills are mirrored.
Released tool descriptions and pinned skill text, unless you follow an agent and set a runtime key. Where Claude Code blocks plugins from rewriting skill text, an admin has to deploy the plugin as a managed plugin.
A skill whose folder name matches one of your own. It is skipped, and the plugin tells you.
