The trial
What happens when the trial ends
Days 1 to 14
Your workspace runs on Team with every feature. No card is on file, and AI usage during the trial is not billed. Each person's AI use is capped at the Team budget of $7 for the month.
Before the trial ends
Choose Individual or Team in Billing and pay through Stripe Checkout. If you choose early, the trial days you have left carry over, so the first charge is when the trial would have ended.
If you do not choose
The workspace goes read-only. Your skills stay readable, and editing, AI, GitHub sync, skill reviews and invites pause until you choose a plan.
AI usage
Included AI usage, worked through
Every seat has its own monthly AI budget: $3 on Individual and $7 on Team. Each call is priced from the tokens it actually uses, and the budget belongs to the person, it is not pooled across the team.
Past the budget, extra usage is billed at that same priced amount, one dollar of usage for one dollar billed, on a separate AI Credits line of your invoice. Billing in the app shows each person their own usage.

How are seats billed?
Per person who has a seat in your workspace. Individual is one seat. Team has no seat cap, and you only pay for a teammate once you add them.
How does AI usage work?
Each seat gets its own monthly AI budget. Past it, usage is billed at the priced amount of each call, and nothing is billed during the trial. The app's Billing page shows you your own usage against your budget.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not chosen a plan, the workspace goes read-only: your skills stay readable, and editing, AI, GitHub sync, skill reviews and invites pause until you choose Individual or Team. There is no card on file during the trial, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I keep my skills in GitHub?
Yes. GitHub sync is on both plans, and skills are plain Markdown files you can read without Contexory.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Change plan in the app's Billing page. The Stripe customer portal it opens changes your card or cancels at the end of the period. Individual is a single seat, so a workspace with more than one member removes members before it can switch to it.
Is our content used to train AI models?
That is set by each AI provider's own terms. Assistant requests go to OpenAI and Tavily, and LangSmith tracing is off by default. The security page lists every subprocessor.
Do you have an Enterprise plan?
Not as a fixed plan. If you need to agree seat counts, pricing or a security review first, email us and we will do it by email.

Each person connects their own account through a broker, so Contexory holds no plaintext tool credentials.
