Sync your skills into the agent you work in

The Contexory plugins mirror the skills your team manages into Claude Code or OpenClaw, keep them current, and (when you turn it on) let the agent create, edit, and publish skills for you.

What the plugins do

One plugin per agent, both built on the same foundation. Whichever you use, it does three things.

  • Keeps skills in sync, automatically. Every published skill in your Contexory workspace is mirrored into the agent and refreshed as new versions ship. Nothing to copy by hand.
  • Manages skills on request, when you opt in. Turn on management and the agent gains tools to create, edit, delete, and publish skills straight from a conversation. Off by default, so read-only sync is the safe baseline.
  • Routes changes through review, if you want it. Choose whether changes publish immediately or open a review for a teammate to approve in the web app.

How syncing works

After you connect your account once, a background service pulls every published skill from your workspace into the agent's skills directory and refreshes them on an interval. Your agent loads them through its normal skill discovery, so they show up ready to use with no extra wiring.

Sync is read-only and needs no special permission. Connecting is a one-time, copy-paste sign-in that works over SSH and on headless machines, with access that refreshes on its own.

Read-only by default

The agent can read and sync your skills as soon as you connect. Creating, editing, or publishing skills stays unavailable until you explicitly enable management tools.

Publishing and review

When management is on, publishing a skill follows the mode you choose. In require-review mode (the default), every change opens a review for a human to approve in the Contexory web app, optionally routed to default reviewers you set. In auto-publish mode, changes ship as a new release immediately.

You can set the mode and reviewers per machine without leaving your agent, or fall back to the defaults in the plugin's settings. Each plugin's guide covers exactly how.

Choose your plugin

Pick the agent you work in. Each guide walks through install, connecting your account, and the full command and settings reference.
